Coffee can kill you. Take it from her.

Madelline was leaving for work one morning. The sun was out, the sky was clear, everything seemed perfect. Little did she know that her true love Patrick was in his office brewing up a deadly caffeinated concoction.

Patrick is the go-to guy for poisons when you've got money to burn and you need your boss dead. For the rich and desperate that's how it works in Lasmark. So when Wellington came to Patrick and asked for a premium coffee beverage strong enough to kill a CEO, Patrick thought of it as just another transaction.

Little did he know that his dark thoughtless ways would come back to haunt him. Not only ruining the city he loves, but taking away the only woman who could hold his heart.

R.I.P.
Madelline.

All these desperate girls at my high school...

...had Patrick's picture in their locker. You would see them putting on tons of lipstick and kissing the bottom part and faking his autograph and forging phrases like "Dear Mindy, my heart belongs to you. Have a sweet Summer. Love, Patrick."
The funny thing though, is that all these girls stopped showing up to school. Everyone wondered what was up. Little did I know, until I moved to the plague-ridden city of Lasmark, that Patrick's killer looks were knockin' em dead! Obviously, you're looking at this mug and thinking "Is this a Gap ad?" This is not only because Patrick is actually wearing a Gap sweater from their 2002 Winter line, but because he could really be a model.
But looks are a tricky thing. And the thing about Patrick is that he never runs out of tricks. This man is older than the sun and he's made a fortune selling poisons to white collar executives looking to move up the corporate ladder. This one time he sold a poison that was mass produced by a corporation. That was a mistake. That same corporation took Patrick's recipe and started killing people at a rate that put poor Patrick out of business. In fact, that's how the whole plague started in Lasmark.
And that's pretty much where 'Death As Usual' begins. Patrick has a son who's far away in an art school, and his wife has died under mysterious circumstances (that you will realize if you see the movie).
Anyway, I just thought I would warn you... Patrick's a killer.
